Tosoh Corporation
Tosoh Corporation was established in 1935 as a domestic producer of caustic soda and soda ash in Japan. In 1975 Tosoh merged with Tekkousha, a first PVC Manufacturer in Japan and in 1990 Shin-Daikyowa Petrochemical Co., Ltd., one of Japan's Olefin Manufacturers and owner of ethylene cracker facilities. At present, Tosoh is one of the biggest Chlor-Alkali and VCM producers.
